West Van Florist Ltd. Guarantees you the finest, premium product available. If the product does not live up to our guarantee, simply call or return it within 24 hours and we would be pleased to replace it for you. FTD provides 100% satisfaction guarantee on all floral items transmitted through the FTD service provided we are contacted within 10 days. Non-perishable Gifts not part of a perishable arrangement or planter will be replaced or refunded within 10 days of purchase when returned in original condition.

Sales Tax

Every Internet order you place with us for delivery in BC will be charged tax of 5% GST & 7% PST and for delivery to most other Provinces in Canada only 5% GST. For World Wide and USA delivery 5% GST on the service charge portion only.

Order Changes

Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.

If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery or address information for any Orders, Call our customer service department directly at 604-922-4171 or 1-800-667-1055.

We are also unable to accept cancellations or changes via email.

Delivery Charges

West Van Florist Ltd. Local delivery charges are calculated by postal code zones and In our local delivery area these charges are based on regular delivery times or schedules. Substitution Policy

Occasionally substitutions may be necessary due to the availability of fresh product and specific containers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the order, always using fresh product and containers of equal, or higher value. When ordering fresh product of one variety, such as roses or orchids, we will do our very best to match the variety and colour chosen, but will substitute if the product is unavailable.

Charges to Credit Cards

Credit cards are processed Securely & off line. Delivery Charges, Service Charges or Tax Charges may vary from any on-line copy of your order. Requests for Timed delivery or Rush Delivery will not be calculated correctly on-line. Wrong addresses or postal codes entered incorrectly will not display the correct delivery charges. In any event your Credit Card will never be charged more than a customer entering our store or placing an order by phone and requesting the same level of service.

Same day Delivery to these areas is available through our FTD connections. Bowen Island delivery Mon. to Fri. Canada, USA and World Wide Delivery through our Selected FTD Florists.
